Sarah Barter is passionate about enabling the delivery of quality, person-centred care to people from birth until death. She has more than twelve years’ experience across the health and aged care sector in Australia with three years’ experience as an independent consultant and nine years’ experience as a Non-Executive Director. 

Sarah is skilled in the areas of governance, compliance, consumer engagement, continuous improvement, project management, research and analysis. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology)/ Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Public Health. She enjoys getting involved in her local community and is known for her joie de vivre.
